Parallels

My first composition project since moving to Chicago, Parallels is a 6-track EP that employs a unique blend of electronic and orchestral textures (including my own vocals), minimalist patterns and musical figures, and simple but evocative building blocks to outline different emotional impressions that seasons like this bring.

This project also represents a personal victory over the many circumstances and feelings that made it harrowingly difficult to compose much of anything for most the past year or so.
