Collaborating again with composer Kaleb Clarke and director Sumner McMurtry, Kaleb and I produced one of the strangest but most enjoyable film scores I’ve ever worked on.
Featuring an otherworldly mix of offbeat electronic elements, unusual orchestral sounds, evolving synth beats, and eerie vocal textures, the score works in tandem with the film to surprise and shock (and maybe scare) in that signature way that only Sumner can do. I recorded some vocal elements myself, and assisted Kaleb in a recording session with vocalist Nina Petro to add more parts (and a few French horn textures that aren’t present in the final version of the score).
The score is released on streaming services and can be found below.
Watching the film first is highly recommended.
